Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of myugcstudio. By creating an account or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. The service
myugcstudio is a workspace for UGC creators to manage outreach, content, scripts, and payments. We're operated by Danielle Sparkle (sole trader), based in the United Kingdom. You can reach us at hello@myugcstudio.co.uk.
2. Your account
- You must be 16 or older.
- You're responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your password safe.
- One person, one account. Don't share login details with others.
- We're currently in closed beta - accounts are invite-only and we may revoke access if invite codes are misused.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
- upload malicious code or attempt to break the service;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell the platform;
- send spam, harassment, or anything misleading via our tools;
- impersonate someone else or misrepresent your brand partnerships.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.
4. Your content
You own everything you put in the app - scripts, pitches, content records, notes. We only use your content to provide the service to you (e.g. show it back, back it up, search across it for you). We don't train AI models on your private data.
5. Trials, billing & refunds
- New accounts get a free trial as described at signup. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Under UK consumer law you have a 14-day cooling-off period for first-time purchases. By starting to use a paid feature you agree the service can begin within that period - refunds outside this window are at our discretion.
6. Beta features
Some features are clearly marked as beta. They may break, change, or be removed. We won't be liable for any loss caused specifically by a beta feature.
7. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or that data won't ever be lost. Please keep your own backups of anything critical.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) £100. We don't exclude liability where it can't legally be excluded (e.g. for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
9. Termination
You can delete your account any time from your Profile settings. We can suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms or for legal reasons, with reasonable notice where possible.
10. Changes
If we change these Terms in a material way, we'll let you know by email or in-app. Continued use after the change date means you accept the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
12. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.
